Hi. I’m Rebecca Richmond, the author of It’s Not Easy Eating Green. I am a former professional chef and caterer who gave up the professional kitchen to raise an earth-friendly family. Together with Hubby and Little Guy and an occasional word from the science desk (my dad), I’m exploring the sustainable choices that are needed to keep our planet healthy.

  1. Thanks so much the post on the trip to valley view farms. The pictures are really great! We enjoyed your visit too but sorry it got alittle chaotic with the dirt bike adventure and my little guy! I would like to try your recipe for the patty melt . It looks very good! Audrey Ayoub
